I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The restaurant’s food was prepared well. The cook from the restaurant came to our little mini condo, as I like to call it, and made dinner for our last stay there, fish tacos(red snapper) with all the fixings...beans and rice of course. He made rum cake and homemade coconut ice cream for desert. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, furniture clean, excellent views from balcony and terrace. Just plainly put, marvelous! Going back next year. Lobster season!🦂l hope Kevin the cook will still be there! Maybe he’ll have his own restaurant by than!
Eine wunderschöne Oase zum Entspannen. Dafür und für die tolle Gastfreundschaft sind die 5 Sterne.Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, vllt da wir mit dem Transport vom Flughafen nur schwer klar kamen. Die weit entfernte Lage hatte jedoch auch seine Nachteile beim Transport in die Stadt und wieder zurück. Das Hotel liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite von San Pedro und ist nur per Boot zu erreichen. Man muss das Hotel immer anrufen um sicher zu gehen, dass das Wassertaxi auch nach Plan fährt. Das war für uns leider sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch danach chaotisch und nur schwer machbar, da wir kein Handy hatten, mit dem wir innerhalb von Belize anrufen konnten. Einmal mussten wir erst die halbe Stadt nach jmd durchsuchen,der uns sein Handy leiht um zum Hotel zu kommen. Wenn man sich vorher darüber im Klaren ist, gibt es keinen besseren Ort in San Pedro.
