I got scuba certified with Ambergris and it was the best decision ever! Flip was a knowledgeable and patient instructor who perfectly balanced making me feel comfortable and encouraging me to be brave (I was very nervous!). Certification was done at a pace where I felt like I could do the skills and understood why they were important. My boyfriend has been certified for years and he was able to do dives separately while I was doing the classes and he enjoyed the dives immensely. After I got certified, we were able to do two dives together in a small group and they were so much fun! The divemasters were able to give the experienced divers an enjoyable time and also were encouraging to me, the newbie, both while we were underwater and then when we came up--giving me pointers on how to continue to improve. The dives were only a few minutes to get to and were incredible. We saw nurse sharks, gigantic stingrays, turtles, and so much more. Beautiful site to dive at. I highly, highly recommend this dive shop!!!!!!

Did a couple of the afternoon snorkel tours and they were very well led and a good value. Definitely recommend the Mexico Rocks tour as well as the more popular Hol Chan / Shark Alley.

We had a great time diving with Ambergris Divers! The dive masters are extremely knowledgeable about the area and know all the best places to go. We saw some unbelievable things that's to thier knowledge and expertise. Manuel, Jairo, Patrick, and Will were so helpful and fun to go out on the water with. The service was phenomenal. When we come back to Belize, we won't use any other shop!

BY FAR the best diving I've done in my life. Aside from the excellent, door to door service from our resort pier to theirs, and the great quality of their dive boats, the staff are excellent! Very knowledgeable and fun dive masters/instructors who seem to know all the good spots for spotting everything worth seeing on the reef. Good quality rental gear, and fair prices just help to make the trip worth so much more. Would recommend to absolutely anybody. Amazing experience.

We purchased the 5 day stay and dives package. Our flights were not taken care of like promised even though I double checked with the lady I booked with neither was the daily breakfast. There was bad weather( not to blame them) and they were not able to provide the dives we paid for. & denied giving us any sort of refund. Very shady when it came to everything but the actual dives. The divemaster was awesome! Definitely would not recommend for any of their package deals. We ended up having to go through a different diveshop for the last of our stays to get dives in.

I arrived at San Pedro by mistake and missed another tour so I walked into Ambergris Divers and they got me setup for a 1tank dive last minute. I was nothing but impressed with their operations. Staff at the retail side was helpful and friendly and quickly got me setup with some rental gear. They have a very nice dive boat and the whole staff was phenomenal! The dive brief was very informative and thorough. As an instructor, I would highly recommend this establishment and plan to do so with future classes and dive trips. Thanks for the phenomenal service and getting me in the water to dive Belize on my short trip!!!

Did an afternoon snorkel out to Mexico Rocks. Patrick was our guide and really made it a great experience. You can tell guides who love their job. They go out of their way to make it not only a fun trip, but an informative one. Great group of people right here!
