A haven of tranquility. This beautiful park was established in the 16th century and is recognised as one of the "Grandi Giardini Italiani". There are different sections or gardens as one walks down the hill slope. There is also a kids' playground at the bottom of the hill, just inside the gate at Via Guncheto.

Beautiful, lovely gardens. Walking through the gardens is very tranquil. Going when the massive azalea bushes are in bloom is worth planning for.

The garden is lovely with a particularly nice view of the sea. We visited during winter and it was a very pleasant place to sit and soak up some sun. The back of the villa has some lovely risseu mosaic work.
