El barrio Lastarria, también conocido como barrio Bellas Artes,[1] es un barrio de Santiago, capital de Chile, ubicado en la esquina nororiental de la comuna de Santiago, entre la Plaza Italia y el cerro Santa Lucía, y la Alameda y el Parque Forestal. El barrio es un activo centro cultural, gastronómico y turístico, y desde 1996 es Zona Típica. En 2018 fue considerado uno de los «barrios más ‘cool’ del mundo» por la sección de viajes del diario español La Vanguardia.[2]
Los límites del barrio Bellas Artes tradicionalmente han sido definidos como los siguientes: al oeste la calle San Antonio, al sur la Alameda, al este el cerro Santa Lucía y la calle José Miguel de la Barra, y al norte el Parque Forestal. El barrio Lastarria tradicionalmente ha comprendido todo el triángulo ubicado al este de la calle José Miguel de la Barra y el cerro Santa Lucía hasta la Plaza Baquedano.[3][4]

Thus hotel is in a fantastic location, and the service was very good. The room was vert quiet. However for the price, I expected a little more. The bed underlay had to be changed as it was lumpy, and I cut my finger opening the shampoo. However I would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels in Santiago. Located in a busy neighborhood. Beautiful deck to go for drinks (great drinks), really good restaurant (no need to go somewhere else) and one of the best breakfasts in town (simple, but everything is just perfect). My congratulations to the renovation they did: it is a beautiful old building, with great attention to detail. Rooms have a decent size (not huge, but just right)

The rooftop bar terrasse is just perfect, the ambiance is cool and the staff really great !!! For the food that they call snack it is marvelous we take a ceviche was delicious and the tartar was glorious ! For me it is a place to pass by in Santiago !!!

Fabulous place to stay, relax, and enjoy the amazing service. The roof top bar is exceptional. Friendly staff who remember returning guests. Top place in Santiago.
