A must visit. It is a great place to see, and really worth it. it tells the war stories from children perspective. Wish criminals visit this place to see how many generations they destroyed.

This museum is brand-new, and I strongly recommend that every visitor to Sarajevo come to see it. It portrays the reality of war through the experiences of the children who survived it. Some of the stories are uplifting, most are heartbreaking. This museum offers something very unique and almost did not get built, so it is very much worth the trip to visit.

In general I am very picky when it comes to liking museums, but this one is totally worth visiting. Different concept, you see the war from another perspective. Great, thank you!

A collection of items alongside short stories or memoirs that people have contributed to the museum related to the war. Some are light hearted while others are very heavy and heart breaking. Small, clean and well designed museum that will give you insight into the lives of children caught in the crossfires of destruction and give you something to think about. Cash only ~45 minutes

A powerful exhibit documenting what it's like growing up in a war zone. Bring tissues.

Very good museum containing tales from children during the war. The museum has over 4000 different items, each with its own experience told from a child. Very moving and one of the most touching museums I have ever been to. If you are in Sarajevo you must visit this museum. Entrance fee was 10 Km when we were there on April 30th, 2018.

Carefully curated, understated and quietly tragic. Friendly staff introduce you to a small, well considered museum showcasing a rotating collection of stories from people who were children during war and accompanying artefacts. Short, pithy, poignant and memorable; thoroughly recommended.

If I can recommend one museum in Sarajevo this would be it. By showing items of children living in war conditions, and explaining what they mean to them, visitors will be moved by the stories. For me I could relate these stories to my own life and got a better appreciation for it.

Such an important museum with touching stories which remember me of my own childhood during the war and our fleeing from the hell. A must-see for every visitor in Sarajevo, in order to understand the recent history of the city and country and its impact on children who are now adults.
