Newton Flotman is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk, about 8 miles (13 km) south of Norwich. It lies on the A140 road, north of Tasburgh and south of Swainsthorpe. The River Tas flows through it. The area of 4.87 km2 (1.88 sq mi) and had a population of 1,197 in 497 households at the 2001 census, the population increasing to 1,489 at the 2011 census. For local government it falls within the district of South Norfolk.
An electoral ward of the same name exists. This stretches west to Wreningham, with a total population taken at the 2011 census of 2,658.
