The Cathedral Church of St Peter and St Paul, Sheffield, usually called simply Sheffield Cathedral, is the cathedral church for the Church of England diocese of Sheffield, England. Originally a parish church, it was elevated to cathedral status when the diocese was created in 1914. Sheffield Cathedral is one of five Grade I listed buildings in the city, along with Town Hall, Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet, and the parish churches at Ecclesfield and Bradfield. It is located in the city centre on Church Street and served by Sheffield Supertram's Cathedral stop. It is one of three stops to be served by all tram lines.

Never get tired of visiting here..... Lovely feeling of peacefulness and calm.
Interesting reflection and the city and its history. Rather odd mix of building styles. I would guess from displays its rather liberal theogicaly.
Beautiful cathedral I listened to the story's about the cathedral on the provided telephones The artwork is amazing Was interesting to find out the history Very clean and well staffed cafe inside and a gift shop that I'm sure everyone would want to buy from
An amazing Cathedral, with so much detail in the buildings walls. Beautiful stained glass windows, statues carved perfectly. My mouth literally dropped. I can't believe that we make such beautiful structures. And this is all just from the outside. I'll update this review once i've been inside!
Excellent church environment, a mix of ancient and modern. Welcoming staff. A place of refuge for those who live much of their lives on the streets - one of this church's projects (with the collaboration of others) is to help such people (the 'Cathedral Archer Project'). And you thought that cathedrals were irrelevant?
Good well maintained place
Have visited for meeting rooms and café, both of which are good. Also attended choir concerts here, which sound good in the large main area.
Come along to choral evensong during the week for some of the best professional music-making in South Yorkshire, for FREE!
Very light with its magnificent Windows. Very friendly people who welcome you to the cathedral as you enter. It also has a lovely café inside. Worth a visit.
Historic magnicifient cathedral with beautiful chapels and amazing history. First I didn't understand going into a Church for sightseeing coming from Africa, I did and absolutely loved it. From one section to another, the history of the Cathedral in building, listening to the choir, the bell, the sword, the flags were all amazing. I worshipped here on a Sunday and it was simply nice, I was surprised at the turn out of people , truly I expected much less from what I heard, I was however convinced that it was because new students just arrived. Either way, I had a great time during the service, got served tea and cake afterwards😍. A handsome volunteer gave me a run down of the history of Church of England in summary. , I just couldn't stop asking questions. All Glory to God!
