The Maritime Experiential Museum (Simplified Chinese: 海事博物馆及水族馆 (Maritime Museum and Aquarium)), formerly the Maritime Xperiential Museum and the Maritime Experiential Museum & Aquarium, was a museum in Resorts World Sentosa, Sentosa, Singapore, built to house the Jewel of Muscat. It was opened on 15 October 2011 and was closed on 2 March 2020 to become part of the new Singapore Oceanarium, an expansion of the former S.E.A. Aquarium.
The Jewel of Muscat is an accurate reproduction of the Arab dhow ship presented by the Sultanate of Oman to the government and people of Singapore after its arrival after recreating part of the Belitung ships's route from Oman to Indonesia.

As a lover of fish and animals in general, this place is PERFECT. Loved the way everything was organized and set up. Many varieties of species and fun facts scattered around the place. Scientific research says looking at fish tanks can give you relaxing and peaceful effects, and I proved that myself in here. This place is very calming in a way that just walking through the whole aquarium feels very light and exciting. For me, I'd rather go here than the neighbouring Universal Studios. Just amazing. 🐟💚

Holy mother of god! This place is GORGEOUS and detailed. Come after you're reasonably full and walk off all your food. Make sure you read the placards they're pretty detailed. TURN OFF your flash. Seriously. Make sure you have a good camera or just use your eyes to take in the wonder!

Very pretty place. Went here before for a tour, and now to attend my cousin's wedding. Didn't know the place could be a perfect venue for wedding. The foods are good, too, though others may be a little edgy for my liking. The place was well kept. There could be more colorful fishes hopefully in the near future.

Amazing aquarium and worth all the money spent on the ticket. There is a very diverse range of fishes, crustaceans, jellyfish and even sharks. You can take your time and slowly walk through the place and enjoy the beautiful colors and cool animals displayed there. The best part of the entire place is the open ocean display with a gigantic glass screen separating you and a huge habitat of wonderful animals. It's also a great place for the kids to learn about the marine ecosystems.

One of the must visit checklist place to visit in Singapore. It is on Sentosa island and you can reach here by monorail or cab. Very close to universal studios. This is bigger than the Dubai sea aquarium. Enjoyed the entire tour experience inside the aquarium. One must take out half a day to really explore the place and do wait to see how the sea creatures are fed in the evening- a good sight.
