Skegness Pier is a pleasure pier in Skegness, England. Opened in June 1881, it was at the time the fourth longest in England, originally stretching a length of 562 m (1,844 ft). When originally built, it was a T-shaped pier with a saloon/concert hall at the pier head. Steamboat trips ran from the pier to Norfolk until 1910.

Adorable sandy beach. Hot sands on sunny day. Affordable local restaurants and cafes. Cheap rides. Not crowded. Quaint and nice.
Lovely beach. Clean, lots of amenities close by. Only disappointment was that shop I visited didn't take card payments, so had quite a walk to find a cash machine.
Lovely, long, sandy beach with plenty of space to spread out. On a nice day it's filled with lots of fun. Plenty of beach side shops, amusements and kids can have donkey rides on it. The pier is free and the beach extends passed it, so you can have a more peaceful spot on it if you choose.
Not the prettiest of beaches with the horizon covered in wind turbines. The town looks a little run down and in need of attention. Admittedly I visited during the off season and it must be more lively and colourful during the holidays. I'll go back for another look this summer.
Lovely Beach, lots of fun for the children and adults too. Donkey rides for the children, lots of ice cream donuts and buckets and spades. Bring a picnic and enjoy this beautiful beach 🌞🍦⚽🌊🏊👍
Every year going there for a week. If could stay there forever would be gr8. Awesome place to have nice relaxing holidays .well not i busy times thought as always visiting in may.So a bit quiet place
Been 4 times in the last year. Great seaside/beach. Good sand.. Great fun nice atmosphere. Good shopping and nice fish and chips. Will definitely keep going!
Skegness is great value for money the fair the shops the pubs. Had a great weekend away the downside the beach was dirty with rubbish. The council will be getting a strongly worded letter from me.
Viva Skegvegas! Great Bank Holiday Weekend. Beautiful weather, great beach, and plenty for all the family to enjoy.
Amazing Beach especially the North pier! Best day out place with family and kids. The south and north beach entrance are real close you can nice breezy walk. Low tides and well maintained. Finding parking spaces was real easy unlike other places. Loved it!
Lovely sandy beach with a pier that you can sit at the end of and look out to sea. Alas like most of our British coast, it is marred by thousands of windmills! However, the pier has no fee to forego to take pleasure in the setting.
Beautiful beach, it's not like North Korea, who ever said that needs to bog off, Natural land is brilliant, they help save seals, sea central, they do deep sea diving in a tank full of marine life, my son loved it
Nice soft sand beach, has plenty to see and plenty of restaurants and icecream shops near by if you want a 99 whilst you walk down the beach. The sea is usually calm and you're allowed to take your dogs on the beach! Never had any issue here and it's usually quite tidy. Depending on who's been before you. I've seen plenty of wild birds here, crabs, star fish and even a seal if you are into looking for nature as you stroll You can also find fossils on the beach but you have to keep a close watch out if you want to go hunting for prehistoric beasts.
Beautiful sandy beach that has a gentle slope. I believe that it is pretty safe even during tidal change. One drawback is that it is in Skegness. Another drawback is that it is often very badly littered. This may have something to do with it being in Skegness.
Love this place, the beach is quite nice . Mist areas are disabled friendly so good for wheelchair users. Lots to see and do as well.
In winter, a beautiful place. No crowds, just the wind, sand and water. Peaceful and refreshing. I highly recommend a visit during the winter months.
Stunning beach cleans and raked over regularly. Lovely coastal walkway skirts the beach. RNLI next to the beach and lifeguard points too, a much reduced in size pier with a fun park and shops all close by.
Hands down the best beach in the area, very clean and free of typical things found on other beaches in the area, such as; sea weed & sharp shells washed upon the shore. Can become very packed in the high season, but in the quieter periods it's a lovely place to visit, and the multiple ice cream & donut shops on the beach front are a welcome addition when the heat becomes unbearable.
