We reserved an apartment with Best of Split for the night of July 30. At 6am ON THAT DAY they sent us an e-mail which said "unfortunately we cannot accommodate you on these dates. I don't know how but there appears there was a mistake in the system. We now saw your reservation and the apartment is not available today. I kindly ask you to cancel your reservation." (the apartment was booked on June 19 and we received an e-mail from the property on July 8 which asked if we needed transfer from the airport, etc.).
