Caerfai Bay is a rocky cove on the north coast of St Brides Bay near St Davids in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. It is enclosed by steep varicoloured cliffs and has a sandy beach at low tide accessed by pathway and steps. The beach is situated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. There is free parking above the beach with picnic benches and views of the islands of Penpleidiau, Skomer and Skokholm.
Caerfai beach is only 1.4 kilometres (0.87 mi) from centre of the cathedral city of St Davids. Along the coast to the west is the Chapel of St Non (51.8722°N 5.2688°W / 51.8722; -5.2688 (Chapel of St Non, Pembrokeshire)) which is the most westerly in Wales. On the eastern headland are ramparts of the Iron Age fort of Castell Penpleidiau and Caer Bwdy is next bay to the east.
Currently enjoying our return visit. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location, good size pitches with plenty of open space, convenient for coastal path and beautiful secluded beach (good gentle body boarding waves and sand for junior building/engineering), and good facilities including shower block, wetsuit wash and shop selling all crucial essentials such as baked beans and ice creams. We'll be back again!

The great campsite with the litte shop selling basic products you might need while camping. The spaces for tents are large and campsite is not overloaded by tents even if it is fully booked. Showers and all facilities are clean and very nicely kept. The best is the area though :), so near to beach, to lovely walk around coast, to beautiful little city St Davids with its breath taking cathedral... Overall the must stay campsite :))

Have been visiting this place for 50 years on a regular basis. Stunning views, right on the coast path and the beach. Well run and reasonably priced.

Great site with a fantastic view, lovely camp shop and good amenities. Only a short walk to St David's and an even shorter walk to the beach!
