Great little market to have lunch in while rubbing elbows with locals on their work break. Seats are limited at the various stand-like restaurants, so best go at less hectic hours. Food can also be taken to-go, in the event you're grocery shopping for a lavish dinner of oysters and lobster, or would rather sample your fresh seafood and various cooked meals home (think lasagna or quiche, for eg.) There is one stand that offers game meat, and of course, elk.

Many seafood and meat shop found and they sell good food. Some are ready to eat while some require cooking. May buy some for cooking dinner next time. I tried the restaurant but I forgot the name (maybe start from T). I ordered the marinated salmon served with mustard sauce and creamed potatoes. The cashier is cheerful and the food was prepared in suitable time. (Yet I think it tastes better when added salt)

Temporary cafeteria while they restore Salish all. Lots of nice places to dine and shop for fresh fish, cheese, and chocolate. Despite being temporary, the design is pretty cool.

Under renovation but relocated to impressive Swedish timber-engineered temporary building. Great range of the cheese, fish, meat, fruit and veg, confectionery and baked goods I expected from a national capital's foodhall.

Very nice place undergoing maintenance works at the moment (you can still go to a temporary spot that works just fine). Good choice of delicious foods for informal dining.
