- Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna

- Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna

- The fitness centre opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00

- Guests can use the room key to access the fitness centre

Oasis Spa: - Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products

- The spa centre opens from 11:00 to 22:00

- The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00

Prepayment and refunds are subject to local jurisdiction and regulations

With effect from 4 January 2021 onwards, non World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes

To comply with government pandemic prevention and control standards, effective today, few of the restaurants and facilities will be temporarily closed for business

Starting from 01 April 2021, we offer 24 hour complimentary parking per car per room for 1 night stay (count from the entry time), $70 per hour will be charged for additional hours

Adhering to CDC guidelines, effective from May 27, guests must present proof of three COVID-19 vaccine shots at the Reception to be permitted to enter the sauna area and fitness center

Face mask is not required when working out in the fitness center; however, guests who have not completed the three shots are mandated to wear the face mask while working out and to keep a social distance from others
