Beautiful and spacious place to walk with the family. Lots of benches, lots of cafes, a beautiful St. John's Church, no cars so one can walk freely. A big bus stop, underground parking, Hotel Palace, entrance to the Old Town, Russian theatre...and much more. It is all there.

One of the main squares in the city, this square is often used for concerts and parades. It was formerly known as the victory square during the Soviet times. Nowadays is bounded on the east by St. John's Church and on the west by the Victory Column.

Great large square in middle of the city. Surrounded by church ⛪ and nice coffee shop. Also has large cross. Lots of buses and trams stop here to get you to wherever you need to go.

It's a place that should make anyone realize the value of freedom. It's obelisk makes it so terribly obvious to a Western Canadian like myself how fortunate we have been. Humbling.

Quite a nice square. Very open and light. Interesting mixture of styles and emotions.

Space and architecture (old and new), and regular activities like open air exhibition make the place a destination for pleasure in leisure. Aaahh!

Please like my review if helpful 👍 Another very impressive part of Tallinn with lots to see. There is a lot of construction work going on at the moment to improve what already was good to start with. Impressive features like the light changing light display up and down the lampposts to one side of the square.

Tallin is so good. I feel as though Im in medieval times in the old town. Festivity most of the time and so many places to have a wine, beer or food. Just found a place to have a massage and pedicure. Love it.

One of many astonishing monuments and sights in Art Nouveau Riga where we watched a parade of 45 thousand people in costumes walk past the Freedom monument

One of the best places in Estonia. You can sit in the middle of this old square and enjoy time with a good drink.
