According to the authors, we have to do with a village center of the first centuries AD since the beginning of the century. III was replaced by a rural cottage (rustica). The mosaic room with an abbey was its main ambiance. The authors also think that in the nineteenth century. V-VI the place of the villa occupied a paleochristian basilica. The excavated part of the monument was surrounded and protected by the Institute of Monuments of Culture (IMK). During the years 2003-2004, the works of the systemisation of various roads and installations of the block "Partizani" discovered near the siege of the monument other parts of the complex. The most important here were the tubs of fermentation of grape must, but also other parts of the walls in two different points.

I happened to pass by then look up this place. I can tell you that it is smack in the middle of a lovely, lively residential neighbourhood surrounded by cafes: if you don't come for the shards of mosaics, come for that!

Interesting, but don't expect too much, if you're not fond of archeological sites!
