Great attraction. Kept the kids attention the whole way round. I wish I had more time to study the ww2 exhibit more!
Loved the place. Could spend all day there. Fascinating. Lovely staff.
Wow! You will not be disappointed as there's something for everyone. Bit like a "tardis"----you won't believe how much there is to see just by looking at the outside---Victorian street complete with authentic shops, WW1 trenches, model railway, full size Steam Locomotive, Victoriana, copper, medals......and of course a lovely cafe with cakes to die for! Brilliant!
Not usually our thing but it was lovely. So glad we went it was amazing. So much to see
Always a great rainy day out. loved the teddy bear picnic during half term. It kept the kids engaged with every display and learning the whole way round! Cafe could have a better range of cakes and treats. A few crumbs and sad looking slices were there when we went and they were hardly tempting!
Interesting place if you like history. Relived lots of childhood memories. Great for families too.
Great museum well laid out lots of exhibits and a nice cafe. Well worth a visit if near Babbacombe.
Very nice place to visit and educational to find out how we used to live and compare then and now
This is an amazing museum! It takes you right back to your ancestors time. It feels like you are walking through the past. Well worth a visit!
Surprisingly more inside than we could have imagined, great for a rainy day, restaurant not up to much, coffee particularly poor, but the venue was good and worth a visit.
Always worth a visit. A nice way to spend a couple of hours looking at all the treasures of times long ago.
It's an ok place to visit if you like to take a look back on how people lived in the Victorian era . The museum it's self is not that big but is interesting.
This location is a lovely place to go and look at the social history of the Victorians and what they used to live like. I believe if you want to go and learn about the Victorians this is a place to go. The top floor features the history of world war one and two and is interesting to understand. The other part shows the history of the company and how it was founded.
Awesome museum! Incredible the amount items in such a small space. Very well set out though. Well worth a visit for a couple of hours for all ages. A bit chilly on the very cold february day we visited.
