Tumlingtar (टुम्लिङटार) is a region and a city, in Eastern Nepal, between the Arun and Sabha Rivers in Province No. 1. It is located in Sankhuwasabha District. It is also the deepest valley of the world and largest ṭār (butte or mesa) of Nepal. Its elevation is 285 meters.
