Brockton Point Lighthouse is located in Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia. The light was first established at the location in 1890. A square tower, painted white with a red horizontal stripe, was built in 1914. The lighthouse was designed by William P. Anderson and has a red lantern and an arched base with a walkway underneath. The light has been officially inactive since 2008 but may still be displayed occasionally for decorative purposes.
The site is owned by the Canadian Coast Guard and has been managed by the Vancouver Parks Board since 2006.

Once again a noce view over the bay as over spots in the park! The lighthouse definitely adds to it!

It's located in Stanley park in Vancouver. A great please for whole family to get away on weekends and holidays. you can see lions gate bridge from this point and watch cruise ships sailing in and out if you are here at right time.

Highly recommended scenic lookout point. You can see the whole harbour from here from north Vancouver through to downtown. Watching sea taxis land and take off is awesome and if you go at 9pm everyday there's a Canon that fires south of the lighthouse. Be prepared, it's incredibly loud.

An excellent walk along the sea wall from Canada Place to the Brockton Point Lighthouse. My goal was to go to the Lions Gate Bridge and back but I started to late in the evening. I did see a couple of seals in the harbor marina too, kool!

It was a little cold when we went to visit this area of Stanley Park - but the views are beautiful and it is easy to access whether walking, biking, or driving.

One of the highlights of the Stanley Park loop. This monument gives an unobstructed view of the ocean, North Vancouver, the Lions Gate Bridge, sea vessels, planes, mountains, and sometimes more!

Cute landmark, one of those things you take a photo at when doing the Seawall.

The lighthouse is a good lookout point of view. Plus it’s one of the only structures on Stanley Park worth getting in a photograph of the view. It’s a good meeting point for friends. The view from Stanley park is all-round amazing so I don’t think there’s anything too special about the lighthouse.

Lighthouse with great view of the water and North Vancouver. Nice area to walk around the sea walls. You can watch the seaplanes take off.

Landmark lighthouse in the heart of Stanley Park. Great touristy spot to take an iconic picture next to the lighthouse. Amazing views of Burrard Inlet. Parking is paid as is all parking in the park. Right on the seawall so accessible by foot or bicycle as well.geys very busy on a sunny weekend so best to park further away and take a stroll over.

Beautiful location! Stopped here along our drive of Stanley park and was pleasantly surprised by how great of a view you got from this location. Great spot to stop and take photos and just relax by the water.

The lighthouse itself isn't too spectacular, but the views in this area are great. Good place to go for a walk or to take photos of the Lions Gate bridge. There are charges for parking in this area, but close parking is available

Viewed the shipping yards and the inlet. Very nice, easy walk. Parking close by. Parking is about $3.50 @ hour

Beautiful view of Vancouver and one of the harbors. There is a nice walking path that overlooks the bay. Seaplanes fly by regularly, which is an interesting sight also
