This hotel had friendly and flexible staff. The location is great if you look for a quiet neighborhood, but still central. Of course, the interior design is amazing given the stamp of Philippe Starck. The Krug Lounge was disappointing, but not a must-have. Our room had a private terrace (but no view) and an equally well designed interior. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Any exhibition in this place; visit! It is an experience. Staff usually nice; although they can become wuite unreasonable at times in an awkward way. Never mind them. Enjoy yourself.

Saw Damian Hirst's amazing Treasures show. Absolutely fantastic. Great space.

The building is a work of art itself! The beautiful building also shows amazing work from some of the worlds top artists. One also has a long flexible time period to use the tickets purchased (one time of course) but you don't have to use the tickets the day you buy them.
