Great little museum - took me about 2 hours to get though all of it. The Monet and Picasso gallery is great because there's also a detailed history of the different styles of painting that arose, so it was educational too. The room exhibit was nice as well. Definitely don't need a long time here, but worth checking out.

Nice little museum. Not tiny, but not huge. Took us about two and a half hours to go around. The state rooms are nice, quite impressive. Visited while the exhibitions were "Monet to Picasso" and "Viennese watercolor". Both were relatively rich in pieces, well presented and with interesting documentation. The augmented reality app was fun but tends to make people stand in front of paintings a little differently than they normally do, tiny bit annoying at times.

The wide variety of expositions offer a nice half day at the museum. From modern paintings to photography, then architectural drawings you are presented with a lot of options. The restored imperial rooms will let you time travel to the times of the Austrian Hungarian empire and feel like Sissi or Franz Ferdinand. Pro Tip: if you don't want to cue for the wardrobe get a big bag from the souvenir shop for your jackets. Cues can be a bit long here.

While I was in Vienna I saw the fantastic exhibition of Raphael paintings. They managed to get about 30 oil paintings and more than 10 sketches of the great artist. The permanent collection is also one of the best in Europe. On display were some paintings of Rubens, Titian, Durer, Picasso, Magritte, Chagall and more. Do not miss the royal apartments of the Habsburg's dynasty.

One of vienna's great Museums. famous exhibitions for and with famous artists. a must see for visitors to Austria's capital city!

The museum was pretty impressive, so many different well known artists on exhibition. It was an easy way to get accustomed to these different artists, even though you shouldn't expect to see their best work here. Especially if it's not local Austrian artists. However, the exhibition that for me stood out, was the Keith Haring exhibition, he was not well known to me personally, but I was impressed by his style and his achievements in his short life.

Beautiful and well organized gallery. There is a permanent exposition of photography, paintings and a few sculptures too. The current temporary exhibition is Raphael. Definitely worth a visit. The premises are super tidy and well organized and nicely lit. Each room has a specific atmosphere and each exposition conveys a different feeling. Toilets are nice and clean too.

An amazing museum. Huge with great exhibitions. You must keep an eye out of for the upcoming events. Large halls great for large groups. Good people flow that does not stop and create clusters of people blocking pathways. Would recommend the audio guide.

Amazing museum! So big and such a great collection. I saw a huge collection of Keith Hering that was amazing and very well explained. You can also use an app that makes the painting real. It's worth the money.

I went to the Haring exhibition, and it was astonishing, if you love him like me you should absolutely give it a try. The permanent exhibition (Monet, Picasso, Miro) it's also 100% worth the trip to Wien. The building is 1700 architecture and you can visit the state rooms. Really impressive.

Excellent exhibition with historic and modern photography. Special exhibitions all the time, when I visited there was photography of the pictorialism era as well as modern art of Keith Harrison (and some additional special artists that I cannot recall the name of). Great

Great museums with little but impressive collection. Check their events but they usually have some Picasso and Monet. Walking through staterooms was a bonus. Don't forget a grab a quick bite and drink at the food stand just outside.

Amazing museum with a range of art from Impressionism all the way to post modern pop art. Probably the best curated selection of contemporary art from masters such as cezanne, Monet, etc that shows the birth of Impressionism and the influence it had on the Picasso’s of the world. Must visit if you have interest in post modern art

This is a wonderful museum with awesome collections. The price of the tickets are decent. There is a Disabled ticket price, just so you know. And students need to be LESS than 26 years old (25-) for that special price. My mother was told she could not use her cane to walk in the museum because it had lost the little rubber thingy at the bottom and would scrape the ground. ... I understand... but I wish there was something they could have done to accommodate her.

Amazing Museum full of wonderful pictures and paintings from world known artists, such as Picasso, Monet and others. It's huge, great exhibitions I can't say anything wrong. Definitely worth visiting visiting while you are in Vienna. I'm not the biggest fan of the art in general but this here is stunning

Your visit to Vienna will not be complete without visiting this Museum. Besides the collection of Fine Arts, mostly paintings dating back from many centuries ago till today, the inside of the building is worth to visit for itself. Even as a holler of a yearly pass, you will always find something new to discover on your next visit. Before you leave Albertina, you may want to take a look at the Museum shop. It's selection of books and posters is an excellent alternative for quality souvenirs to bring home for yourself and your friends.
