I went to this zoo two days ago, and I honestly thought it would be the highlight of my Warsaw experience because it is the most disabled friendly place to visit and wheel to and around that there is in this entire city. That's why I've given it stars at all. Unfortunately, there were about 4 animals in total that I could find. I've been to zoos in colder cities than this, and if your animals are being moved, and there is construction going on at the zoo, probably best to not open for those times. I saw a lot of disappointed faces on children and adults who were under the same impression I was, in that this is meant to be one of the best zoos in Europe. But no gift shop, no cafeteria open. All the kiosks closed, half the zoo barriered off because of construction....not impressive.

I didn't expect much, going in February... but I got to see a lot of unexpected animals you up close. Loved it.

Huge Zoo with many different animals. The ticket (15PLN) was worth for sure but maybe you should go early as the zoo closes at 4.00pm and youbbeed at least 3 hours to see everything there. You should consider taking a coffee in an automated seller (4PLN) which you can find in all buildings.

Big place, a lot to see and ticket prices are nice. But a lot of construction going on, sone alleys are closed, but they didnt update the maps in the zoo. We ended up walking to dead alleys, and spending much tine unnecessarily looking for "how to get through this construction zone"

With it being winter, the place wasn't as busy, and some animals would not have stayed there due to the cold. However, I can imagine the zoo excelling during the summer. The trip was worth it, well recommended.

Zoo's animals looked pretty well cared for, no sign of distress apart from a pacing jaguar. The enclosures weren't small by any standard and had some good room to move in. Good day out and very educational!

Of course is still a zoo and it's not a good way to treat the animals and cage them, but it's seems they take good care of the animals as they seem healthy and acting in their wild and natural way and not on drugs I guess

All the time something is under construction. The elevator in the only working cafe doesn't work. Otherwise it's nice

Had a good time exploring the zoo even though it's cold. The zoo was well design to sight animal that are not adjusted to winter weather. The zookeeper wife movie actually prompt me to visit the zoo. Glad I did.

I think the most interesting place in Warsaw if you are animal lover and likes to walk at the park. The place is big enough to satisfy you and full of green which makes you relieve your stress. Not that crowded but you have to be lucky to see all the animals since sometimes some of big cats are not in their cage so you can't see them.

An amazing zoo! Cheap entry and a wide variety of animals and things to do. There are sometimes feedings with animals like penguins also however they’re rare. However the zoo also has ties back to WW2 when Jews were smuggled here. A great experience for any age. Would highly recommend.

Everything you could want in a zoo. Good range of animals with some very good enclosures. A good sprinkling of places to get something to eat and drink. And it is reasonably priced. It's a little way from the city centre and on the other side of the river but we'll worth s visit- especially if you have children with you.

I have been coming here a lot over the years with my children and with love visiting here. There are plenty of animals to see and things to do here. I would highly recomend coming here.

I just love this place, especially on a less crowded day. It's great to see that investment and hard work is constantly poured in. A bit of a shame that the glorious M'Tonge was transferred out, but the memories of staring into his face will remain :)
