Friendliest staff I ever met, great atmosphere and secluded outdoor patio. Sign up for a great breakfast till 12, and soak up the sun. Get lost in the labyrinth, be aware you will not want to leave after just one night.. I can't wait to go back. In stead of a cigarette machine you will find an art machine. 4€ gets you a local, one of a kind piece.
It is a very nice place, great people working there and a good atmosphere. The rooms are clean and it is a very nice kitchen with a great terrace. Location is really good and there is free parking nearby.
The hostel is an edgy alternative kunsthaus through and through, the staff is super helpful and speak English well for non German speaking guests. There's plenty of space in the Dorms for one's stuff, and padlocks are available for a small deposit. It's conveniently located very close to both the train station and town center, and includes admission to several museums/galleries in town, apart from the labyrinth's own art. Overall, when I'm in Wiemar again, this is the only place I'll stay.
