A beautiful place to visit for any occasion and easily accessible within Witney. They sometimes have events on including music and social.

A lovely manor house, with parts dating back to the 13th century, which, although situated just minutes from the bustling market town centre, makes you feel like you are in the countryside. Suitable for families with small animals and an adventure playground, amongst other activities. Cogges was the location of Down Abbey's Yew Tree Farm and there is an exhibition about the filming.

We really enjoyed our visit here. Lovely cafe. Grandkids love baking in the old kitchen and animal petting.

Good cafe with some lovely food. Lichens well worth a look. Also some nice animals.

Lovely place and wonderful learning about the history of the place but not very many animals though that's the only downer to it

Charming setting, the few animals we saw were fine but the cafe was a disaster. Beautiful building but freezing cold. We spotted a heater in the corner but it wasn’t turned on but it would have struggled to heat the building. Moving on...so we ordered 2 coffees and they were luke warm. They kindly replaced them and the coffee was really good. Then we ordered lunch. I ordered spinach and ricotta plait but I can’t describe to you what I received on a very small polystyrene plate. I’ll have a go....it was so small not what I ordered not a plait and the filling was sort of brownish. I complained and was told they were updating the menu whatever that means? So disappointed and overpriced menu.. why the two prices for everything? Just give value and quality to your customers and £3.50 for a tea are you are having a laugh...yes you probably are. I hate to use the term “rip off” but that is what you are doing.

Great place to visit. Manor house, farm animals, play areas and walled kitchen garden. Had a really good time. There is also a restaurant but didn't try so can't comment on.

A good place for children with enough to keep adults interested too. Excellent and informative reception staff.

Happy that the cafe is now reopened for 2018 as I was a regular customer in 2017. However I am disappointed with the major price increase which makes it one of the most expensive place for tea and coffee. Espresso at £2.25, last year was £1.90. It a shame for such a lovely family place, hope they will reconsider that.

Lovely little place. Not too many animals but everything is well maintained and looked after.

Lovely place, great woodland playground. We went for the craft fair which was a fab mix of stalls and try-your-own stuff. Great for younger kids, particularly as not that big.

Lovely place. It got very hot and very busy. The little pigs were gorgeous. Definitely worth a visit.

Went here with my daughter this week. Oh my goodness we had the worst tomato soup we have ever had. It was like a runny liquid with a few floating bits of tomato. It tasted like it had been made with tomato ketchup and water. We ate the bread roll , left the soup and left. We then went to another cafe to have lunch £7 down. Would not recommend.

Such a lovely place. The house is so interesting and full of history. Great to learn about Downton Abbey filming. The animals are lovely and kids loved feeding them. Grounds and playground are excellent and wonderful to have a shady picnic in.
