There is a small cafe outside. Perfect for taking a rest after a long stroll up to the Old city. Here you can contemplate every possible meaning of being single near a Museum of Broken relationships. Where was I? Yes. The cafe is nice and quiet.

The museum is really an interesting place, very unique place of this kind. Some stories are said, shocking, controversial, exciting, crazy. Definitely must see in Zagreb.

Hilarious and unexpected museum, if you love quirky stories and something a bit left of centre this is for you. Some of the stories were genuinely heartbreaking and others had us in stitches (the toaster!). The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is I would have loved more items in the shop to purchase as a souvenir

A unique museum based on a creative and ingenious idea. The objects in the exhibition are not valuable or special themselves but once you read the attached stories they become interesting. Visiting the museum gives you many hints for reflection and self thinking.

Truly wonderful place. Bring your loved one, or come alone. Everybody who has ever loved should visit.

This was a really cute, unusual museum with loads of small displays about people’s relationships gone wrong. It’s pretty small but we still ended up staying there over an hour. I would recommended caution for some visitors as a number of the display descriptions are quite upsetting, even traumatic. It was fairly busy busy when I visited which meant I couldn’t always see the bit I wanted to, but overall I really enjoyed this place. The is also a lovely cafe attached to the museum.

The exhibits are very nicely laid out with little explanations in English and Croatian. Very well thought out little museum. It’s open til 9pm too, which is good. You probably only need an hour or an hour and a half here.

IMO, it doesn't deserve its good reputation. A really dull museum with few and equally indifferent exhibits. Around 6€ for each visitor. Could offer way more funny stories than that. Could have read some similar stories online instead.

Experience a range of emotions from sadness to mirth as you see the various physical remains of relationships that otherwise have nought but memories for their graves. For visiting couples there is a handy bar just outside so you can drink your tears away whilst looking across the table at each other in despair. Not to be missed if you are in Zagreb.

so far the best museum and place to visit in zagreb! Although very small, I spend there 1,5 h withholding my breath some v creative mind got onto this marvellous idea and developed it just brilliantly! I think that also other co-visitors really were into it, as despite crowds inside, it was very calm and not v noisy there still, not a place for families, so you'd bettee stop bringing your kids with you as they are really bored there in, and some materials/contents is not for them at all! to put it shortly: mind-blowing!

This place was amazing!!! At first I didn't expect much from it as I thought this tourists spot is overpriced. Then I realized that the exhibits are really meaningful in many ways ! My friend who is still single could not get much from the exhibition yet for myself everything here reminded me about the happy time in my past relationships as well as all the heartbreaking moments . They even prepared booklets that translate the exhibits descriptions from Croatian and English to other languages. How thoughtful was that ! (Although I prefer reading in English as the translations still have some room to improve... ) The only thing I could complain is about the ticket price . Comparing with other tourists spot in Zagreb the ticket price has been set too high and this might stop some people from visiting this museum .

Really cool concept for a museum and you can tell the exhibitions are crafted with care and respect. A good balance of humour and emotion, definitely worth checking out if you're into something a bit different. Really loved the mix of cultures on display, and the video exhibits were a nice touch.

Amused by its name and Wikipedia; so paid a visit. Nonetheless good stories of lost love. If you have time and doesn’t get bored by reading relationship stories, then you are at the right place.

The wife and I loved this cute little museum. It's pretty adult-oriented, the personal stories here resonate best with those who have lived and loved enough to know loss in their lives.
