The staff at this hotel were friendly and the hotel is located in easy walking distance to 2 tram stations. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room was nicely decorated, but the bed was a little hard. The least enjoyable, was the construction noise. We really didn't get very much sleep. We only stayed for 1 night, but I would definitely request a room away from the noise if I were to stay here again. Overall, it's a good hotel.
Lovely hotel the rooms were luxurious and the breakfast was wonderful with alot of choices. Friendly and very helpful staff. Overall I had a pleasant stay in the hotel.
It is a nice hotel with European standard and it is not too far from down town and by tramway could easily get to down town, historical area and Zurich lake. The hotel is clean and would have good facilities and amenities for staying in Zurich. It has a good breakfast with cold and hot items. We had a nice stay in this hotel.
